Bridgewater People Values

The Challenge

To refresh the values of Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and incorporate a "people" visual into a typography dominant campaign that would also link to a newly developed Workforce Strategy.  The outcome needed to be versatile and developed to be used across all communication channels including literature, social media, letterheads, web, business cards, leaflets.  The O was designed to be the main focal point and was developed with the use of people silhouettes. The outcome needed to give a feeling of unity, togetherness and teamwork and visualise equality and diversity within the organisation.
